PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. This policy is effective as of October 16th, 2006. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here. Lastly, we use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Ascend Tickets Inc. is a privately owned company. We are not affiliated with any box office, venue or other ticket agency. Prices that are quoted on this site are higher than the face value of the ticket. This reflects the cost and difficulty in obtaining premium seating.

Ticket Purchase

In order to purchase tickets and related services through our site, you must provide us with certain personal information such as your name, your credit card number and expiration date, your credit card billing address, your telephone number and your e-mail address. If you are buying tickets for one or more people other than yourself, you will need to make sure that each of these other individuals agrees, in advance, that you may disclose their personal information to us.

Once you have inputted your purchase on our site, an Ascend Tickets representative will contact you either by telephone, fax or email to confirm your order and the availability of tickets. Since our online ordering system is not in “real time,” credit cards will not be charged unless we have confirmed ticket availability. Please note that placing your order online and submitting your phone number, fax number and email address to us you expressly consent to and authorize a representative from Ascend Tickets to contact you via phone, fax or email in order to confirm and complete your order or to notify you of any processing issues.

For your security and to protect you against unauthorized use of your credit card, we require a signature to confirm both your order and that you are the authorized user of the credit card that was used to place the order on-line.

You will sign and fax back to us the contract along with a legible front and back copy of your credit card and drivers license, or any other picture identification. The purpose of this is to confirm identification and use of the credit card. Our fax number is (212) 737-1700.

In the event that the tickets you ordered are no longer available, you’ll have the option to purchase tickets in a similar location at the same or similar price. Customers are not obligated to accept tickets other than the ones they have initially ordered. All confirmed and complete ticket orders are 100% guaranteed.

Orders received with invalid credit card numbers, declined credit cards, or billing addresses given that do not match the billing address of the cardholder will not be processed until we have spoken with you to resolve the issue; therefore, ticket availability is subject to change. Any discrepancies will jeopardize the availability of the original tickets you ordered.

Ticket orders placed or received after 3pm Pacific Time/6pm Eastern Time may not be processed until the next business day.

Tickets cannot be held overnight

Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST; orders may not be completed over the weekend. An order received on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day, usually the following Monday.

Ticket Availability

Some seats that appear on our website are not stocked by Ascend Tickets Inc. They are part of a shared inventory and should be available but in some cases, may be sold before an order can be processed. In that instance, you will be notified within 24 hours and will be offered comparable seating options. We do our best to keep up and constantly update the web site with ticket availability to ensure it is as accurate as possible. However, prices and availability are subject to change. This is especially true in the days or even weeks leading up to major national events (e.g. World Series, Super Bowl). The same tickets can drop or increase significantly in price within hours. Most events do not have this type of volatility.

Ascend Tickets reserves the right to cancel any order or request in the event that any of the following happens:

  • Non-confirmed orders
  • Exact seating requests that aren't available
  • Any sudden/drastic changes in market value
  • Section errors or pricing errors
  • Same day ticket orders

If you are ordering tickets online the day of the event, please call (212) 737-1700 to confirm that the tickets you want are still available and to determine how they’ll be delivered to you.

Payment Methods

Ascend Tickets Inc. accepts different methods of payment including American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. The billing address of the credit card must be given for verification of your card. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

For all ticket orders you must:

  • Submit to Ascend Tickets Inc., a signed copy of the contract, along with a copy of the cardholder's driver’s license and a copy of the front and back of the credit card being used. All customer information is kept strictly confidential and used only to verify the customer's identity and prevent fraudulent activity. Signed contracts and all the supporting documentation must be returned to us in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel an order if proper documentation is not received.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancelled Events

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED. IF AN EVENT IS RESCHEDULED, TICKETS PURCHASED ARE VALID FOR THE RESCHEDULED EVENT.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled for any reason other than an act of God (nature – rain, hurricane, earthquake, tornado, pandemic, etc), a strike, protests, lockout, catastrophic events (terrorism, war), labor disputes or incidents of national security, we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets less any shipping or handling charges/service fees. Shipping and handling charges/service fees are not refundable.

Masters Cancellation/Course Closing

In the event a Practice Round or Tournament round is cancelled, tickets are valid only for the dates on the tickets. Augusta National, Inc. reserves the right to close the course because of adverse weather conditions or for other safety reasons. No refunds, rainchecks, exchanges or replacements will be made.

Delivery Policies

All deliveries require a signature. No packages will be delivered without a signature under any circumstances. We do not permit any re-routes of packages. The courier will deliver it only to the address stated on the package. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please make sure those arrangements are made when you place the order. If tickets are in-stock, they are ordinarily shipped out within 24 hours.

Not all tickets are available to ship out the day you place the order. Many tickets have just recently gone on sale and are not yet printed. These tickets normally are printed 2-6 weeks before the event and are shipped out as soon as they are printed. If tickets are not in stock, not printed yet, or shipment is delayed for any reason, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date. The shipping method you choose will be used when the tickets are in stock and ready to ship (for example, if you choose 2-day FedEx the tickets are shipped out the day they are available and you should receive them 2 days later). The FedEx shipping method you choose will be kept to the service you selected at the time of your order.

Tickets are usually sent to the credit card billing address. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company. Hence, you must use the exact mailing address to which your credit card statements are mailed. Please be sure to include the exact billing address for your credit card to avoid any delays in processing your order. Any discrepancies will jeopardize the availability of the original tickets you ordered.

Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address, we will require faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the contract, in addition to copies of your driver’s license and credit card that was used. We do this to protect all parties from fraudulent use of cards.

Will Call Pickup

For any will call pickup, picture identification (e.g. a drivers license) will be required.

Technical Issues

It is suggested that you call and confirm any online transaction because Ascend Tickets Inc. cannot be held responsible for any technical issues involving servers, firewalls or emails on the part of the purchaser or a service provider (AOL, Yahoo, etc.).

Promotions & Sweepstakes

Ascend Tickets Inc. frequently sponsors promotions and sweepstakes to give clients the opportunity to win tickets and related prizes. Information collected by us for such activities may include contact information and survey questions. We will use this contact information solely to notify contest winners and any survey information to streamline the promotion in progress and to develop future promotion and loyalty programs. Participation in promotions, sweepstakes and/or surveys is entirely optional.

Loyalty Marketing Programs

In 2007, Ascend Tickets will be offering loyalty marketing programs to corporate industry sectors, non-for profit/associations as well as the general public. Registered clients will be asked to provide their name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a unique login name, password, and password and company/association code for validation, as well as a password hint to help you recover your password, if forgotten. This information is collected for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete air, hotel, car, and other reservations; (iii) to allow us to contact you for customer service purposes in regards to client follow-up and program benefits confirmation, if necessary; (iv) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (v) to make product improvements to our site. As an Ascend Ticket client you will also occasionally receive updates from us about ticket sales in your area, special offers, new services, and other noteworthy items. However, you may choose at any time to no longer receive these types of e-mail messages.

From time to time, we will include in our programs a referral element, where by telling a friend about our site and by them utilizing the appropriate code for purchase of tickets, both parties receive credits/discounts of/for the program involved. We will ask for the friend’s name and email address to send promotional information of the offer. Ascend Tickets stores this information for the sole purpose of sending the appropriate offer and tracking the success of our promotional/referral/loyalty programs. He/she may contact us to remove this information from our database. They are not able to opt-out of emails related to a specific order (confirmation emails).

Opt-Out Policy

As a client or promotion/sweepstakes entrant, you will occasionally receive e-mail updates from us about ticket sales in your area, special offers, new services, and other noteworthy items. We hope you will find these updates interesting and informative. Of course, if you prefer not to receive them, please click on the "unsubscribe" link in the e-mail message or by sending a letter:
